Description
The meaning behind this art piece is how mental health can affect daily life. This art piece was inspired by personal experiences, and I know how it can feel to not be enough for everything in general. The main figure is trapped in their own thoughts, the figures on the bottom represent negative and positive thinking and how draining it is to control our own thinking. The heart above the figure represents how when you're in the middle of dealing with mental health issues you feel empty and slowly piecing yourself back together. The butterflies represent hope and perseverance. The blue at the top represents crying.
