This poem is about surrendering to what comes. In life we face many kinds of circumstances. Sometimes the expectation that we should always feel happy and successful can cause undue anxiety and pressure. Learning that hard times are normal and choosing to see difficulty as an opportunity for growth can give us courage to face our pain.
